Purpose
- Promote better police-community relations by providing a pleasant, inviting atmosphere where members of the community, police and government officials can meet, get to know each other better and discuss common topics.
- Special emphasis is on youth, believing that if their initial meeting with police is good, it will influence a lifetime.
